Izza Tahir has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and English, and a master’s degree in Public Policy, both from the University of Toronto, in Canada. As part of her master’s degree, her research focus was on education policy, especially in the development context. In particular, she is interested in researching the macro policy structures underlying regulation, transparency and accountability in the realm of education. Izza worked briefly with the Ontario (provincial) government in the accountability and regulation of post-secondary education, and is currently based in Toronto.
Bilal joined ADP as a Site Visit Volunteer in 2011 and has assisted the project evaluation teams on the micro-finance and water pumps projects in KPK.
