The project team has reviewed the existing materials and has put together a few avenues for further pursuit. Contact has been initiated with the NGO getting information on these avenues.
These avenues of exploration and further questions for the NGO are captured in the attached document "Questions for NGO".

Here are still a few issues after obtaining the reply to our initial questions,

Critical need: More clarity if Adday can be incorporated in the center where Balochi taanka work is being done which is also run by Sohb. Did the center have a similar structure to the one that is being proposed now and was it successful? Still not clear what exactly is Adday design, if possible can the NGO send a image of a adday design?

Social return: Seems adday work is cheaper type of handwork that translates to low set up costs which make it easier for women to start their own business.

Measurability:Seems there will be transparency through financial reporting through Sohb for majority of the revenues however will not capture the revenues that will be coming from the side business the women may set up. It would be nice to have more information on the previous Sohb Balochi project and what percentage of the revenues did Sohb use to sustain the project. For this Adday project 20% is proposed.

Other issues:
How will the NGO ensure child labor laws are not violated?
Still waiting for expense detail.
Will all women who are able to come up with the admission fees be able to participate in training? If not what is the identification/screening/ examination process and is it a fair process?
